Our flight was delayed 45 minutes, and our pick up was not there. For two foreign women, visiting Ghana for the first time, it was quite daunting being surrounded by people wanting to know where we were going and what we were doing. A stranger, who clearly wanted our business, offered to call the hotel. Rex answered the phone and said in a matter of fact manner, 'your flight was delayed, so the driver decided to leave'. Appalling.
We demanded he came back, and he did. No apology or explanation forthcoming.

The rooms are spacious and neat, the in-house services are superb. The restaurant serves both in-house guests and non guests. They boasts of continental dishes.
It's a Bed and Breakfast facility. They have decent and great breakfast which can be served in room at no extra charges. It's just a two minutes walk to Shoprite.
The rooms are so clean and neat. The only problem is the price, it looks high.
I will surely be there again anytime I'm in Accra.

They will not come up with excuses of having run out of this or that and thus being unable to serve you what you wish as they so often do in cheap to mid-range restaurants there. That in itself is already worth a few stars here. The menu is pretty varied and food not bad at all. A truly reliable option.

Service is friendly but can be a little slow. But that's part of the charm of travelling Ghana.
